Communication Specialist (m/w/d) – Website Management & Content Marketing (B2B)
Location: Berlin (Hybrid, fixed presence days in Berlin Mitte required)
Start / Duration: Feb 2026 to Jan 2027
Workload: 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to €85,000 gross p.a. (based on 35h/week)

Role overview
For a well established B2B organisation in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced Communication Specialist to manage and further develop the corporate website and drive B2B content marketing. You will work at the intersection of content, SEO, UX, and stakeholder management, ensuring high quality website content that supports strategic business goals.
Key responsibilities
* Own and continuously improve corporate website content and structure (B2B focused)
* Plan, create, and optimise target group specific B2B content across key web pages and content formats
* Ensure SEO best practices and strong UX principles are applied across the site
* Manage content workflows in a CMS and coordinate tasks via Jira and Confluence
* Monitor and analyse website performance and derive actionable improvements (eg using Search Console, Sistrix, etracker)
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery within complex project environments
Must have (knock out criteria)
* 5+ years professional experience in online communication or content marketing with a strong corporate website focus
* Proven hands on B2B content creation experience (reference required from the last 60 months)
* Native level German (flawless written and spoken)
* Willing to comply with security requirements: no technical equipment taken outside the EU and no system access from non EU countries
* Ability to provide 3 personal references from the last 60 months (submitted with the profile)

* Strong understanding of strategic content marketing, SEO, and UX collaboration
* Confident working with analytics and performance tools, translating insights into improvements
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex content or web projects
