We are currently seeking an
Asset Manager
with a dedicated focus on
office properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating sourcing of leasing opportunities with (lead) brokers, project presentations and meetings with potential clients.
* Submitting RFPs, collecting information required and engaging in Q&A with brokers / clients.
* Coordinating space planning requests between clients & design team and initiating necessary feasibilities with Tenant Fit-Out Team.
* Engaging in technical discussions between clients and Tenant Fit-Out team; identifying main items at stake and working out potential solutions.
* Driving lease negotiations with the support of Head of development and preparing necessary documentation with legal / technical teams for lease agreements.
* Aligning relevant stakeholders around deal negotiations incl. legal, construction, development.
* Prepare offices for post-development operations (e.g. define service levels, support selection of service providers, monitor service charge budgets and contractual obligations or act as a sparring partner for signed tenants)
* Prepare assets for potential divestment.
* Finalize product definition with the Head of Development.
* Budget control and monitoring of Office segment NRI and TIC
* Conduct market intelligence and maintain broker relationships, especially in the Hamburg market.
* Perform analysis, reporting, and prepare status update presentations.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in asset management, ideally within office real estate.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; adept at navigating complex discussions and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
* Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are required.
