Your tasks:
* Manage purchase orders and create and send invoicing to our clients
* Supervise the purchasing process to ensure budgets are approved and respected
* Act as the first contact person for all accounting-related inquiries from colleagues, clients and partners
* Take over accounting tasks to support with the creation of monthly financial statements
* Support with various tasks, from daily business in controlling to special finance projects
Your profile:
* You are a student in the field of business administration or economics with a focus on finance and accounting with strong results
* You have 16 - 20 hours per week for exciting and varied work
* Reliable, detail-oriented and self-organized
* Proficiency in common office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DATEV knowledge is a plus
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English (business fluent, C1)
* Experience in financial accounting role, preferably within an audit firm, a professional services firm or in a technology-driven environment, is a plus
