Main Responsibilities
* Analysis of large amounts of data from production, logistics, and administration
* Development and implementation of machine learning and AI models for process optimization
* Establishment and maintenance of data pipelines and ensuring data quality
* Creation of dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for management
* Support for digitization projects, e.g., predictive maintenance, quality analysis, or energy efficiency
* Close cooperation with specialist departments (production, controlling, IT) to identify relevant use cases
* Collaboration on global Nemak digitization initiatives
Position Requirements
* Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in data analytics/data science, ideally in an industrial environment
* In-depth knowledge of Python, R, or comparable programming languages
* Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
* Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) is an advantage
* Confident use of visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Very good analytical skills, structured approach to work, and strong communication skills
* German and English fluent
