Your tasks
- Responsibility for the efficient implementation of relevant local and international laws and standards and the systematic processing of quality problems including the implementation of corrective measures
- Preparation, support and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as the preparation of technical documentation and document reviews
- Developing, implementing and training cross-process risk management and quality assurance plans and creating or adapting SOPs
- Collaboration on complex and cross-functional sub-projects in the area of functional quality
- Creation and processing of deviations (e.g. NCs, CAPAs, audit observations, etc.) including root cause analysis, derivation and implementation of suitable countermeasures based on the specified IRM process
Your profile
- At best, but not mandatory, Master's and doctorate with a focus on logistics and quality
- Ideally between 5 - 7 years of professional experience, less if you have a doctorate
- Ideally 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics and 4 years in the area of quality
- sound knowledge of audits and quality assurance as well as modern logistics concepts
- The ability to methodically grasp complex problems and an analytical mindset to use data to make decisions and improvements
- Proactive problem-solving skills, systems thinking and sound IT knowledge
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Knowledge of the GMP environment
