Summary
For the department "GBAD Solutions Engineering" we are looking for a "Systems Engineer / Project Manager Development (PVE) (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
In the department "GBAD Solutions Engineering" radar products as well as sensor system solutions are developed. The product portfolio includes the Naval and Ground products TRS-4D, TRML-4D, COBRA and EUA-NT. In addition, we support the program in project management, proposal preparation and customer meetings.
Your Tasks
1. Responsibility of the development work packages in time, cost and quality
2. Coordination of multidisciplinary development teams
3. Responsibility and implementation of the development process
4. Close cooperation with the programme area and the technical disciplines
5. Definition of technical system requirements, system architecture, interface documents, system analyses and system safety
6. Definition of requirements performance data for the subsystems and creation of specifications for the subsystems
7. Supporting the coordination of all system development activities related to system safety
8. Supporting acquisition through effort estimates and the preparation of proposals
Your Profile
9. Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, IT, aerospace or similar
10. Several years of professional experience in this field, ideally also experience in the area of system safety
11. Experience in the development of radar systems
12. Experience in the technical management of teams
13. Experience with safety standards, e.g. MIL-STD-882, BAAINBw manual for verification of system safety
14. Experience in functional hazard analysis (FHA)
15. Knowledge of DOORS, MATLAB, MBSE
16. Basic knowledge of EU product conformity
17. Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and resilience as well as a confident demeanor
18. Business fluent German and very good English skills
