Job Description We are looking for a Head of Finance & Controlling to lead and further develop finance, accounting, controlling and risk management for a nationwide retail organization with strong growth ambitions. In this role, you are a trusted financial advisor to senior management and the Board, and a key contributor to strategic and operational decision-making as part og the management team. Key responsibilities : As Head of Finance & Controlling, you will: Take overall responsibility for finance, accounting, controlling, cash and risk management Lead budgeting, forecasting and high-quality monthly reporting Drive profit-oriented business steering through strong analysis, KPIs and insights Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and group requirements Lead and develop a finance organization with direct leadership responsibility Support strategic initiatives such as integration, M&A activities and network development Act as a key sparring partner to the Managing Director and part of management team
