Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, optimize and support our field force service teams within the field force agencies
* Responsible for improving the efficiency, productivity and performance of field representatives
* Sell-Out target achievement, target setting and monitoring
* Regular analyze KPIs and productivity data to enhance performance efficiency through reporting and plans
* Creating field strategies and plans based on business department requirement
* Management and monitoring execution of field force teams and budget
* Market intelligence gathering
* Employee engagement & retention, build a high-performing and motivated field team culture
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in field force management, sales operations, or similar roles.
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing distributed teams.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Stress management & Resilience responsibilities.
* Fluent in German and English
