This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Project Director to join a fast-growing international contractor delivering large-scale mission-critical projects across Europe. You’ll take full ownership of a major data centre project in Germany, leading delivery from early-stage design coordination through to commissioning and handover on a technically challenging, high-value build.
The business is known for delivering projects at speed through an integrated delivery model across CSA and MEP, giving Project Directors real control over programme, sequencing, and decision-making. This role will suit a driven construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a major international contractor.
The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered a full lifecycle data centre, warehouse, logistics, or other large-scale industrial project from pre-construction through to final handover and commissioning.
The Role as a Project Director Will Include:
* Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale data centre project inGermany
* Taking full responsibility as the number one on site across CSA, MEP, programme, comme
* cial, and client management
* Driving programme performance and managing aggressive construction timelines in a fast-track environment
* Overseeing all phases from early-stage design coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
The Successful Project Director Will Have:
* Proven experience delivering a full lifecycle data centre, warehouse, logistics, or mission-critical project from startto finish
* Strong background operating as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
* Experience managing complex CSA and MEP packages simultaneously
