Your mission as intern (m/w/d)
1. Goal of this internship is to design and implement a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an automatic north and position finding device by using magnetic field sensor and a GPS receiver. This is including the hardware setup, coding of the software for the control of the devices as well as tests
2. Analyze the use of magnetic field sensors for the north finding
3. Define, implement and test necessary calibration pattern in the presence of metallic objects
4. Combine the information provided by the magnetic field sensor with a GPS device by using NMEA protocol
We are looking forward to
5. Enrolled student in a scientifique or technical field
6. Sound knowledge of hardware design
7. Knowledge in a programming language., preferably C++ and/or Python
8. Structured working method
9. Very good German and English skills
