Your Responsibilities
* Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating long-term marketing plans to enhance retention, working closely with product teams to align customer and product strategies.
* Develop and manage personalized retention and engagement campaigns.
* Optimize the customer journey, fostering relationships across digital channels to drive repeat purchases, boost loyalty, and increase customer lifetime value.
* Oversee customer communication on review platforms and industry forums.
* Create, manage, and execute the email marketing calendar, including crafting compelling copy and developing campaigns and workflows.
* Define key performance metrics, measure the impact of initiatives, and generate insights to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your Profile
* A degree in marketing, media, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
* At least two years of experience in a Customer Retention Manager role.
* Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
* Experience in the electronics or gaming industry is an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
