A leading business law firm seeks an experienced professional to provide specialist advice on labour, employment, and social security law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on direct and indirect aspects of labour, employment, business immigration, and social security law.
* Manage less experienced professionals within the team and supervise assigned colleagues while facilitating knowledge sharing.
* Provide business-oriented risk analysis and pre-litigation counsel to clients, actively participate in preparing/defending clients' defense in case of litigation, and provide ongoing advisory assistance to clients.
* Act as a trusted advisor and main day-to-day contact for the client, organizing and participating in meetings and conference calls.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
