The Sales Operation team is looking for an intern, still enrolled in University, that can work full time (40h), on site, for the next 6 months, able to join as soon as possible, either in Switzerland (Nyon) or in Germany (Garching).
How you will make an impact?:
I. Supporting the Commercial team
* Being a key partner to the Commercial team (performing business reviews, finding growth opportunities, participating in country specific projects).
* Driving competitive intelligence data collection processes
* Leading weekly reporting preparation
* Ensuring data governance across systems (Salesforce, Qlik, Anaplan, etc)
II. Steering innovation & continuous improvement
* Supporting Product Launch of groundbreaking technologies
* Tracking inefficiencies within Sales Operations & offer solutions towards more automation
* Following up ongoing improvements of current reporting systems
What you will need:
* Bachelor and Master’s degree in Finance or Economics or IT or Management or Engineering
* Analytical mindset & attention to detail
* Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel)
* Proficiency in English
* Result-driven
* Team player
What else we look for:
* Preferably past work experience (internship)
* Experience with Anaplan, Qlik and Salesforce or any other ERP system.
* French and German are a plus
