Dealer Manager - Hamm - Heavy Plant
We are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Dealer Manager to lead our aftersales service operations in Germany. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and developing dealer service capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain dealer relationships
2. Coordinate warranty processes, claim approvals, and follow-up resolutions, overseeing where required
3. Provide technical support and guidance to dealers where required
4. Implementing and managing dealer processes
5. Train dealer service teams on diagnostics, repairs, and LiuGong systems
6. Work closely with the European Parts, Product Support, and Technical teams
7. Visit dealers and key accounts to assess service quality and provide hands-on support
8. Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Your Profile
9. Proven experience & track record in service management or technical support, ideally in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or automotive
10. Strong commercial experience within the Heavy Plant/Construction sector or similar
11. Background with OEMs or major service providers
12. Fluent in German, with solid English
13. Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
14. Willingness to travel regularly across Germany and occasionally to HQ (Hamburg)

15. €65,000 – €75,000, depending on experience
