We are looking for a
R&D Team Leader Varistor Thermistor (m/w/d)
* Coordination of the R&D activities for the team in Deutschlandsberg
* Work on and push the Business Developement for PTC SMD and USS Modules
* Close cooperation with the R&D Center and material development e.g. for leadfree ceramics
* Strategy development for new and existing products
* Markt observations and analysis
* Completed technical studies (Electrical engineering, Chemistry or Physics)
* Several years of work experience in a comparable position (incl. Product Development) is necassary
* Experience in managing main R&D projects and ability to set priorities
* Customer- and solution-oriented way of thinking and working, high implementation strength and technical expertise
* Good skills in coordination / cooperation with different departments
* Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
