Your role
As Bar Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our westhub Bar & Lounge and Cloud 6 Rooftop Terrace.
You will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience, supporting and guiding your team, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both outlets.
Working closely with the Assistant Director of F&B, you will play an active role in the ongoing development of our bar concepts, service standards, and team culture.

Your responsibilities
1. You take operational responsibility for our bar outlets in daily business.
2. You lead, plan, and further develop your bar team as well as apprentices.
3. You ensure consistent service quality, guest experience, and operational standards.
4. You are actively present in service and work on the floor.
5. You monitor key figures such as revenue, cost of goods, and expenses, and derive appropriate actions.
6. You develop new drinks together with your team and introduce current trends into the beverage menu.
7. You work closely with the F&B and leadership team and are involved in operational decision-making.
8. You support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
9. You contribute to the further development of our bar concepts.
What you bring
10. Several years of experience in the bar or F&B sector, ideally with first leadership experience
11. Experience in hotel or multi-outlet operations is an advantage
12. You enjoy taking responsibility and leading a team in daily operations
13. You work in a structured way and maintain oversight even in dynamic situations
14. You have a solid understanding of business-related F&B metrics
15. You are confident in guest and team interactions and have a professional appearance
16. You have good German and English skills
17. You hold a valid work permit for Germany / EU
