Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our growing German team. The role focuses on technical design and implementation of ServiceNow customer projects across a range of modules.
Responsibilities
* Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow customer projects.
* Work across CSM, FSM, SPM, SOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
* Translate complex business requirements into scalable, value‑adding solutions.
* Engage directly with customers, building trust and long‑term partnerships.
* Drive best practices, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across teams.
* Deliver solutions on time, on budget, and within scope.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience in complex implementations.
* Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and integrations.
* Strong background in customer‑facing roles, solution design, and delivery.
* ServiceNow certifications (desired). Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (advantage).
* Fluent German & English.
* Degree in IT or an equivalent professional background.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
