Job Description
Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of 'Science for a Safer World'. You'll support various functions across our sites in Germany, focusing on sourcing top talent and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role is hybrid, based from any of our Berlin offices, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Do:
* Partner with Hiring Managers to address key hiring challenges across Corporate and Technical (Life Sciences) functions, advising on strategy and processes.
* Build high-quality talent pipelines via direct sourcing, events, and advertising channels.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying gaps and collaborating with stakeholders to address them.
* Champion DEIB initiatives in Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Life Science or Technology sectors.
* Experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting niche talent.
* Data-driven and sequential mindset.
* Experience partnering with stakeholders on complex, time-sensitive hiring challenges.
* Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (e.g., SmartRecruiters).
* Fluent in German and English.
