What you can expect

1. You support the creation, analysis, and presentation of core HR reports, such as headcount, FTE, turnover, and recruiting KPIs.
2. You contribute to the development, enhancement, and automation of HR reporting solutions, including Power BI and Excel.
3. You conduct ad hoc analyses and translate insights into clear, management‑ready presentations.
4. You support HR cost planning, budgeting processes, and forecasting activities.
5. You actively participate in HR projects, for example related to new reporting tools or people analytics initiatives.
6. You help drive the standardization and documentation of HR reporting processes.
7. You collaborate closely with the HR Controlling team and take ownership of your own scope while supporting the implementation of the company’s overall strategy.
What makes you stand out
8. You are currently studying business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or a comparable degree program.
9. You have a strong affinity for numbers, a quick grasp of new topics, and a genuine interest in HR-related subjects.
10. You are confident working with Excel; initial experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
11. You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and are a reliable team player.
12. You enjoy understanding complex interrelationships and creating real added value through data.
13. You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
