Ihre Aufgaben:
Unterstützung der globalen Aftermarket- & Pricing-Organisation
1. Durchführung der täglichen Sales‑Pricing‑Prozesse
2. Koordination von Kostenupdates vor Preisanpassungen
3. Überwachung der Sales‑Pricelisten
4. Bearbeitung von Servicetickets zur Pricing‑Software inkl. testen neuer Versionen
5. Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Sales‑Price‑Revision
Global Master Data Administration (SAP)
6. Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Materialstammdaten inklusive Dokumentation
7. Überwachung von Materialanlageprozessen über SAP‑Workflows
8. Klärung technischer Störungen und Prozessabweichungen
9. Prüfung auf Materialduplikate und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen
10. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Textkonventionen
11. Unterstützung bei neuen SAP‑Feldanforderungen (Dokumentation, Testing, Massenänderungen)
12. Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen und Durchführung von User‑Trainings weltweit
Ihr Profil:
13. mindestens 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung sowie zusätzliche Fachausbildung oder
gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
14. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Nutzung von SAP, insbesondere im Bereich Materialstammdaten
15. Erfahrung im Aftersales, in Preisprozessen und in der Prozessgestaltung
16. Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
17. Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
