About Remi Health
Remi Health is building the digital infrastructure layer for modern diagnostics in Europe.
Diagnostics are still fragmented: launching a new testing program often means weeks of vendor selection, operational setup, and custom integrations. Remi Health fixes that with a diagnostics-as-a-service platform that makes diagnostics simple, reliable, and scalable - helping partners launch faster, reduce operational overhead, and roll out across multiple markets via a single integration.
We're VC-backed, fast-growing, and operating at real scale: 1M+ tests completed, ~€5M raised, and live across 4 European markets with multiple insurance partners.
The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and own Remi Health's marketing function from the ground up.
In this role, you will define how Remi Health shows up - to B2B partners, to the healthcare ecosystem, and to talent. You'll own positioning, content, campaigns, and channels end-to-end, operating confidently between strategic brand work and hands-on execution.
You'll collaborate closely with Founders, Sales, Product, and Partner Success. This role reports to the Founders.
Tasks
What you'll do
* Own: Remi Health's B2B marketing strategy - positioning, messaging, content calendar, and channel mix that drives qualified inbound leads and partner awareness
* Build: Marketing infrastructure from scratch - website content, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, social presence (especially LinkedIn), and event marketing
* Ship: Campaign execution for product launches, market entries, and partner announcements with speed and quality
* Partner: Work closely with Sales to create enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators) and with Product on launch communications
* Improve: Track performance (pipeline attribution, content engagement, event ROI), identify what works, and iterate fast
Requirements
What you'll need
* Proven experience in B2B marketing (ideally healthtech, SaaS, or platform businesses) with clear ownership of outcomes
* Strong execution skills: you can write compelling copy, design campaigns, and ship content without a large team
* Experience building marketing from early stage - comfortable with ambiguity and setting your own priorities
* High bar for quality: polished materials that work in a regulated healthcare environment
* Strong written + verbal communication in German & English
Nice to have
* Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, healthtech, or regulated B2B markets
* Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Webflow, Figma, LinkedIn Ads)
* Experience marketing to insurance companies, hospitals, or healthcare buyers
* PR / comms experience for startup announcements and news
Benefits
Why you'll love working here
* First marketing hire: you shape the function, not inherit someone else's playbook
* Real impact: your work directly influences how quickly Remi Health wins new partners and enters new markets
* Infrastructure story: complex, differentiated positioning challenge - not another me-too SaaS product
* High ownership: autonomy, direct feedback loops, and fast decisions with the founders
* Berlin base: Ku'damm office with hybrid working
Compensation & benefits
* Competitive salary (based on level and experience)
* Optional: equity/VSOP if offered
* Flexible working hours
* Equipment budget
* Team events / offsites
Our hiring process
We run a clear, structured process so you always know what’s next:
1. 15-min founder call (department founder)
2. Deepdive interview in person (1 Founder + department lead)
3. Case study (task/presentation/spreadsheet depending on role)
4. Team loop (in person)
