Your tasks and responsibilities Administrative Support (preparing presentations, analyses (spend, savings, ad hoc requests). Organisation of internal events, workshops and meetings. Travel and travel expense Management. Smaller Project Tasks. Supporting the Commodity Manager in Requests for Information / Proposal (RfI, RfP) Events and follow up. Desired skills and qualifications You are an enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study. You have a very good Google WS Knowledge and MS Office experience. Your discretion is mandatory and strong focus on accuracy. You speak fluent English (mandatory), German / French / Spanish would be a plus. You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
