Description We offer a varied, individual trainee program tailored to your needs, in a modern, international reinsurance company for a period of 18 months. You will benefit from on-the-job training in day-to-day business, giving you many exciting insights into the world of reinsurance. During your trainee program, you will be supervised by a mentor. To maintain high quality in supporting the business from an HR perspective we are looking for a dynamic, communicative and passionate talent who wants to deep dive into the work of a diverse and international reinsurer. You will support the whole lifecycle of our employees from recruiting to offboarding. Responsibilities Support in Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Processes Manage candidate onboarding process Support administration in our HR information system and ensure data accuracy Support student/trainee recruitment Employee Support, Administration & Organization Update the e-file tool Process invoice management Prepare documents/certificates (Bescheinigungen)/letters for employees Track and update non-EU employees’ visa documentation Time & Attendance Management Responsible for reports/overview time tracking External Relations Support collaboration activities with universities, schools, etc. Qualifications What convinces us: First and foremost, your personality: your analytical thinking skills and your independent and results-oriented way of working allow you to confidently implement complex content and concepts with support.
