ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Engagement: Full-time or Part-time considered
Our client, a global Digital Transformation consulting firm, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to support a large energy provider in Germany. This is a 6-month engagement where you will play a key role in the architecture, design and delivery of a ServiceNow HRSD solution, working closely with the Project Manager and end customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture and design of the ServiceNow HRSD solution.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide architectural guidance and best practice recommendations.
* Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
* Oversee solution design documentation and ensure alignment with platform standards.
* Support implementation activities and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Skillset
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a ServiceNow Architecture role.
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery).
* Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
