Lead PR initiatives to establish HotelFriend as a thought leader in hospitality technology. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry publications, and influencers. Drive AI visibility strategy (GEO/AISO) to ensure HotelFriend is recommended in AI‑powered search tools and assistants. Manage content strategy optimized for both traditional search and generative AI discovery. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities. Coordinate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaigns. Manage and mentor marketing team members. Represent HotelFriend at industry conferences, trade shows, and media events. Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to executive leadership. Requirements Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Native or near‑native German language skills (written and spoken) — essential. Strong command of English. Proven success in PR campaigns and media relations. Understanding of AI search landscape and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Experience with content strategies that perform across traditional SEO and AI discovery channels. Experience in B2B SaaS, hospitality, tourism, or technology sectors is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capabilities. Data‑driven approach with experience in marketing analytics. Proactive, creative, and results‑oriented personality.
