Purpose of the position
Within our Plan 2 Inventory Process Network, we are establishing common process standards and skills to deliver robust processes and capability to our business.
We are looking for a working student to support us in training creation and revision. We want to move content stored mainly in MS Power Point format into our new training design application providing content for e-learnings named Articulate, a leading e-learning platform for online-trainings.
The holder of this position gets the chance to work in an international team with colleagues from Intersnack’s Group central team allowing to gain insights into Intersnack’s way of working and our business process world.
A Functional Training Designer acts as an professional who is specialized in developing and delivering training programs to help users effectively operate the ERP system. This role involves creating customized training materials and related tasks. Purpose is providing support for effective and efficient training delivery to ensure employees can use the software to meet business goals.
Responsibilites
1. Develop training materials: Create user manuals, tutorials, and customized training programs tailored to different roles and departments
2. Training creation and revision as per defined plan
3. Support training sessions: Attend training sessions to understand the approach on how to use systems in areas of planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics and related.
4. Participation in the training delivery for the purpose of capturing content and/or improving existing training methods
5. Collaboration and alignment: Collaboration with stakeholders for content alignment and follow up in general
6. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with a structured and reliable work approach
8. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
9. Fluent English (spoken and written)
