Description This role represents an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of Hapag-Lloyd’s most critical IT transformation programs. As EAO Transformation Program Manager (m/f/d) for the Engineering, Architecture & Operations (EAO) function, you will play a key role in enabling the delivery of the EAO transformation roadmap by coordinating execution, tracking progress, and ensuring transparency across a complex and high-impact portfolio. The EAO function is mandated to build internal capabilities and drive a shift toward a modern infrastructure landscape and platform-based operating model. This role will provide foundational support in operationalizing this transformation. You will work closely with the EAO Directors and key initiative leads to ensure clarity, consistency, and control across 20 key transformation initiatives. Responsibilities The EAO Transformation Program Manager (m/f/d) will be accountable for: Supporting the execution and tracking of the EAO transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment to milestones and deliverables Maintaining a centralized, up-to-date roadmap and portfolio overview across all initiatives, leveraging tools such as Jira, LeanIX and SharePoint Preparing materials and coordinating logistics for program reviews, SteerCo meetings, director-level interlocks, and quarterly planning sessions Supporting stakeholder communication by preparing structured and compelling updates (dashboards, slides, one-pagers) Identifying cross-initiative risks and dependencies and working with initiative owners to monitor and address them Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio tooling and governance standards, including automation opportunities Assisting in the rollout of new ways of working, stakeholder mapping, and maturity tracking across the EAO transformation program This role has responsibility in: Delivering the operational backbone of the EAO transformation, ensuring rhythm, visibility, and execution discipline across a multi-year program. Key stakeholders: EAO Directors and Initiative Leads IT Senior Leadership Internal IT Teams and Business Teams Qualifications Hands-on experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and Excel Skilled in creating presentations and dashboards for executive-level reporting Strong visual communication and attention to detail in slide and dashboard design At least two years o experience in PMO, project coordination, or program support Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Lean methodologies Comfortable working across business and IT teams in matrixed and international environments Highly structured, reliable, and execution-focused Able to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities Clear communicator with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time management skills
