Your tasks
7. Carrying out technical checks in accordance with customer-specific requirements for systems and equipment of incoming supplier data/information
8. Independent creation and verification of system and equipment breakdowns from a logistical perspective and coordination of breakdowns in interdisciplinary teams
9. Assessment and determination of material conservation measures for maintenance and repair of equipment and systems based on supplier data and information from the shipyard
10. Technical preparation and implementation of coordination with specialist departments and suppliers regarding spare parts proposals and material conservation measures
11. Determination of spare parts requirements and their optimization on the basis of usage profiles and reliability data of the intended components and systems
12. Determining and optimizing requirements for tools, lubricants and operating supplies based on the customer's support concept
13. Independent implementation of material maintenance planning in accordance with the ASD3000L standard, including determination of required logistical resources
14. Determination and calculation of reliability parameters/failure rates based on applicable military standards
15. Coordinating the optimized spare parts quantities with the customer as part of spare parts conferences
Your profile
16. Completed engineering studies or technical training with several years of professional experience or further training or experience in the field of ILS
17. Several years of experience in the field of HVR/ILS
18. Several years of experience with interfaces within the ASD series ASD S1000D, ASD 2000M, ASD S3000L, ASD S4000P and ASD S5000F
19. Extensive knowledge and several years of experience in the application of maintenance-relevant chapters
20. Ideally knowledge of the German armed forces, especially in the field of weapons, ship and submarine technology
21. Experience in projects of high (technical) complexity
22. Knowledge of the MS Office product family
23. Ideally business fluent in written and spoken English
24. Quick comprehension and good powers of abstraction
25. Structured way of working and ability to work in a team
