Responsibilities As production manager, you will be committed to managing and controlling the production area (165 employees) on the day shift and ensuring smooth 24/7 operations You will ensure compliance with all legal and operational requirements, particularly in the areas of process and plant safety and occupational health and safety (including operator responsibility) You will develop and implement continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency and quality You will lead and develop a committed team of employees and promote a positive and productive working environment You will work closely with other departments and external partners to achieve production goals.
