* Plan and prepare content and timing of customer research surveys for feedback collection
* Collaborate closely with program management team members for planning recruitment efforts of beta participants
* Reporting program milestones and statuses
* Evaluate and draft proposals for feature improvements based on customer feedback and performance metrics
* Provide customer support to internal participants through the internal ticket system
* Lead small to medium sized projects to improve existing processes, standard operating procedures and best practices
* Independently manage beta-participant engagement programs (contacting beta-participants / implement new customer engagement strategies)
* Constantly evaluate data collection tools and processes and propose solutions to ensure their efficiency, quality and ability to scale
* Test unreleased Alexa features and devices and report program risks to tech-teams or stakeholders
* Develop appealing email templates and send out weekly newsletters to internal and external customers
* Support EU Operations team to pack and ship beta devices as needed.

* University degree in a relevant field or vocational training
* Excellent aptitude and methodology to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of problems
* Fluent in English
* Organized with a talent for prioritizing tasks

* Strong sense of confidentiality
* Dedicated, self-motivated and dependable
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
