We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our collaborative and forward-thinking engineering team. You’ll work closely with software engineers and data scientists to build scalable systems and deliver high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Be Working On
* Data Engineering & Algorithms: Develop robust data processing pipelines using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. Maintain high test coverage and performance standards.
* System Architecture: Collaborate with the backend and dev-ops teams to design flexible, scalable cloud-native infrastructure.
* Requirements Engineering: Turn insights from users and consultants into powerful features by integrating feedback directly into the product.
What We’re Looking For
* Senior experience with Python in a web or data science context
* (Bonus if you’ve worked with Flask, SQLAlchemy, Pandas/Polars, pytest)
* Curiosity and openness to learn new technologies across the stack
* (e.g. frontend, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure)
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* A strong eye for clean code and intuitive, user-friendly solutions
* Fluent English is required; German is a plus
