We are looking for someone to start in mid-February 2026 for a new project.
Job Description
1. Organizing the daily schedule and standing in for the kitchen manager in their absence
2. Independently preparing and cooking all hot and cold dishes
3. Supervising the buffets and assisting with front cooking
4. Complying with HACCP quality and hygiene standards
5. No à la carte service
Qualifications
6. Training as a chef and several years of professional experience as a chef and/or catering specialist
7. Highest standards of quality and responsibility
8. Ability to work independently
9. Passion and dedication to the profession and attention to detail
10. High level of personal commitment, hands-on mentality, resilience, and flexibility (shift work)
11. Knowledge of German and English
