Strategische & operative Verantwortung
* Unterstützung des Finance Directors bei der finanziellen Steuerung des Unternehmensgruppe
* Verantwortung für das operative und strategische Controlling nationaler und internationaler Gesellschaften
* Erstellung von Reports, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen für Managemententscheidungen
* Durchführung fundierter Business Analysen und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
* Mitwirkung an internationalen Projekten zu Profitabilität, Investitionen und Effizienzsteigerung
Digital & vernetzt
* Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer Controlling-Prozesse
* Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung (Power BI, SAP, LucaNet)
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain, Sales, Analytics und Geschäftsleitung
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Controlling, Finanzen, Accounting oder ähnliches)
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im FMCG-, Handels- oder Produktionsumfeld
* Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Power BI und LucaNet
* Erfahrung im Konzerncontrolling und Business Partnering
* Analytisches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken
* Kommunikationsstärke im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse

Strategic & operational
* Partner with the Finance Director in managing group-wide financial performance
* Lead and coordinate controlling activities for domestic and international entities
* Deliver high-quality reports, forecasts, and variance analysis

Digital & Collaborative
* Enhance and standardize controlling process
* Drive automation and digitalization through Power BI, SAP and LucaNet
* Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Analytics and Management Board
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling
* Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG, trading or manufacturing
* Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and LucaNet
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, German is a plus
* Business partner mindset with a proactive hands-on approach
