Were partnering with a leading BPO company to find a talented Customer Support Agent to join their remote team in Romania! In this exciting role, youll provide exceptional support to customers of a well-known hardware and home appliance brand.
Tasks
* Assist customers by resolving inquiries and issues through inbound and outbound calls, emails, tickets, and chats.
* Ensure every interaction delivers an efficient and exceptional customer experience.
* Update customer databases and document activities and history to support future interactions and campaigns.
Requirements
* Currently based in Romania or willing to relocate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in three languages:
* Albanian (and Serbian/Croatian, Macedonian, or Slovenian - fluency in one of these)
* English (or Romanian)
* College degree or equivalent experience in BPO/customer support
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Responsible and reliable work ethic
* Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* High motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
* Strong planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills
