YOUR TASKS
Improvement of supplier quality:
1. Strategic quality assurance, review of Q requirements and auditing of suppliers
2. Carrying out internal product tests and inspections
3. Responsibility and assurance of delivery quality
4. Evaluation, monitoring and situational development of existing and potential new suppliers
5. Project-related quality planning and assurance
6. Ensuring process capability through product and process audits
7. Root cause analysis, evaluation & resolution of deviations with and at suppliers
8. Test equipment management
Strengthening the QA network within the Group:
9. Exchange of QA-relevant information within the group of companies
Complaints management:
10. Collaboration in the development and maintenance of a group-wide and standardized complaints management system
YOUR PROFILE
11. You have a technical or skilled trade qualification (preferably from the metal, chemical or construction industry)
12. You professionally worked several years in the field of quality, primarily in supplier management and acquired an in-depth knowledge of specific manufacturing processes and procedures
13. Having initial experience with SAP and further training as an auditor and/or a technician and/or relevant studies is desirable
14. You have initial experience in quality assurance
15. You are confident in handling MS-Office Programs
16. You enjoy working in a wide-ranging team across regions
17. You work proactive and responsible with a hands-on mentality and a pragmatic solution-oriented way of thinking
18. You are willing to visit our suppliers on site and ideally hold a driver's license (approx. 30-40% travel)
19. You are confident in written and spoken English and German
