We are looking for a
IT specialist (m/f/d) in the field of IT administration and support – full-time (40 hours/week)
Your tasks with us
* Contact person for all IT issues
* 1st level support
* Coordination & interface with external IT service providers
* Initial provision of hardware for new employees
* On-site troubleshooting and repair
* On-site maintenance and servicing of the network infrastructure (hardware/software)
Our requirements for you
* Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or, alternatively, career changer with several years of experience and proven IT skills
* Experience with IT security/data protection, IT support, network technology, hardware components, etc
* Experience in the Microsoft environment
* Careful, structured, and independent way of working
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
