Your tasks
9. Acceptance of metallic and organic 3D printed parts
10. Tracking, analysis and monitoring of corrective actions in the manufacturing process
11. Conducting operations directly on-site in the Final Assembly Lines at Airbus Helicopters
12. Monitoring of production inspectors and control of quality gates towards the internal customer
13. Preparation and ensuring the final conformity of the components
14. Coordination of practical problem-solving activities and systematic troubleshooting of systems and devices
Your profile
15. Successfully completed advanced training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in a metalworking profession or as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
16. Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in the areas of manufacturing/production and quality assurance
17. Relevant experience in the aerospace industry (at least 1 year); specific knowledge in heat treatment or 3D printing is expressly desirable.
18. In-depth application knowledge of SAP and experience with MS Office applications.
19. Fluent German skills and proficient English skills for professional documentation and communication
20. A goal-oriented, independent and proactive work style paired with assertiveness, teamwork skills and a willingness to travel occasionally for work.
