What You Can Expect
As a Senior Manager in Portfolio Management within our Global Portfolio Management Team, you will evaluate new opportunities in the generics & specialty generics segment, lead cross-functional and cross-geographical projects, and develop a strong pipeline.
* Identify and drive product opportunities globally, leading stakeholder evaluations
* Prepare and present business cases for new product development to top management
* Analyze indications, trends, challenges, opportunities, and unmet medical needs
* Act as the key contact for assigned products, including future trends and gap analysis
* Evaluate opportunities for in-licensing, co-development, and internal development
* Support affiliates from product idea to launch
* Build strong relationships with corporate departments
* Conduct strategic risk assessments and prioritize pipeline products
* Mentor and develop junior team members
* Gather and analyze market intelligence
* Drive innovation initiatives within the team
* Establish and monitor KPIs to track portfolio success
Who We Are Looking For
* Degree in life sciences, ideally as a medical doctor or pharmacist
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in product and/or portfolio management within the pharmaceutical industry
* Deep understanding of the generic industry, including market trends and key players
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical market mechanisms in Europe, and ideally in MENA, APAC, and Eurasia
* Proven experience in evaluating and launching generics and specialty generics
* Strong command of English, both written and verbal
* Excellent intercultural communication, networking, leadership, and teamwork skills
