As a (Junior) Product Manager Back Office Development, you will operate at the intersection of product teams and operational departments, playing a key role in shaping and building the structure of their digital bank.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop business and process concepts based on regulatory and operational requirements
* Work closely with the IT team, external partners, and management to implement new features
* Prepare user stories for the development team and test software before go-live
* Analyze APIs and data requirements from third-party systems for integration into the existing system architecture
* Identify opportunities for using AI and develop innovative use cases with relevant departments
* Continuously contribute your own ideas to improve products, processes, and systems
Requirements
* A successfully completed university degree with a focus on IT (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration)
* Initial work experience in (technical) product management is a plus
* Strong affinity for data, processes, and AI
* Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
* A hands-on mentality and a genuine enthusiasm for agile teamwork
* Very good German (written and spoken) and good English skills
