Lifecycle Management: Central contact for HR operations, guiding employees from onboarding through all life events and policies.
Data & Payroll: Ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance for local employee data, social security, and payroll processing.
M&A Support: Global HR Initiatives: Driving employee engagement by contributing local insights to global HR programs.
Compliance & Risk: Managing the local compliance calendar and generating all legally required reports.

Professional Experience: You bring more than 2 years of experience in HR administration or operational HR within the German market.
