In order to provide our partners with the best possible support, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our high-performing global Solutions Engineering & Enablement team. As a Sales Engineer incl. Partnerships, you will work alongside a team that cares about what we do, where your ideas will be heard, and where you’ll have the space to make an impact. Who we're looking for 3 - 5 years previous experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Consultant, preferably in a SaaS environment Strong technical aptitude - we’re not looking for a developer, but you should have an understanding of technical concepts and be comfortable talking to developers and be able to translate requirements between business and technical teams Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders A very strong hands-on mentality, to work things out and implement them Fluent in English / German - both spoken and written Your tasks Direct Sales support: Providing in-depth product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) development as well as responding to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs Partner Training and Enablement: Developing and delivering technical training programs on Haiilo configuration, implementation, and best practices Technical Support: Providing timely and effective technical support to partners via designated channels and resolving technical issues related to Haiilo implementations Partner Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner technical teams and acting as a technical point of contact for assigned partners. Product Feedback and Advocacy: Gathering and relaying partner feedback to internal product teams and advocating for partner needs in product development and roadmap planning Solution Architecture: Assisting partners with designing and implementing Haiilo solutions that meet customer requirements and providing guidance on integrating Haiilo with partner solutions About us At Haiilo, we’re all about making work feel more connected and meaningful.
