We’re partnered with a fast-growing, international technology business developing immersive XR, VR, and enterprise training solutions. They’re looking for an experienced QA Lead to take ownership of quality across a diverse product portfolio.
In this role, you’ll define quality standards, lead testing efforts across multiple workstreams, and ensure products consistently meet high expectations for reliability, performance, and usability. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, design, and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, while mentoring QA team members and continuously improving tools and processes.

Key responsibilities
* Define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies, standards, and best practices
* Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple products and releases
* Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
* Oversee functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
* Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams from concept through to release
* Proactively identify risks and prevent quality issues before they impact delivery
* Support and drive test automation initiatives where appropriate
* Track defects, manage bug triage, and communicate quality status clearly to stakeholders
* Mentor and support QA engineers and testers, enabling ongoing professional development
* Ensure QA processes scale effectively as products and teams grow
About you
* 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, including time in a senior or lead QA role
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern QA methodologies
* Hands‑on experience with manual testing and a solid grasp of test automation concepts
* Experience using issue tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, or similar)
* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, comfortable working across cross‑functional teams
* Able to balance quality standards with delivery timelines
* Very good English; additional languages are a bonus
Nice to have
* Background in XR, VR, gaming, or real‑time 3D applications
* Experience testing complex systems involving hardware, software, and networking
* Exposure to performance, security, or DevOps‑related QA practices
* Experience building or scaling QA teams and processes
