Responsibilities:
* You will support the HR department in its day-to-day business, e.g., personnel administration and contract management
* You will contribute to the further development of our HR processes
* You will assist with the entry and maintenance of master data in our HR software
* You will work on various topics in HR management, such as recruitment
Qualifications:
* You are enrolled at a university and are studying business administration or a similar subject, preferably with a focus on HR
* You would like to gain new experience in the field of human resources or expand your existing experience
* You have good IT skills in MS Office 365
* You are highly flexible and committed
* You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
* You will carry out your work on site in Hückelhoven
