* Define, implement and continuously evolve leadership frameworks, principles, and competencies to strengthen leadership quality globally
* Shape and steer leadership qualification activities that build capabilities aligned with our organizational goals
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership development strategies and best practices
* Drive initiatives that elevate leadership quality and performance across all regions
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and our global People and Organization community to ensure leadership development supports strategic priorities
* Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
* Proven experience in leadership development and ideally prior experience in a leadership role. The latter explicitly includes leadership roles outside of HR
* Strong business acumen and ability to connect leadership strategies with business objectives
* Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
* Global mindset and experience working in an international environment
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
