Director Sales East Europe
Location: Eastern Europe
As Director Sales for East Europe you will implement strategies, develop plans and monitor the activities of sales teams and branch offices for the region of Eastern Europe to achieve the established sales targets and goals. You will be responsible for the implementation and controlling of annual sales objectives for the assigned area and for developing and implementing related sales growth programs.
1. Implementing sales plans for the Eastern European area that identify opportunities for TTI’s profitable growth as measured mainly by increases in sales revenue and gross profit
2. Developing and directing a productive team of regional sales personnel by hiring, developing and leading the best qualified people
3. Monitoring the performance of the branches within the area and managing resources to improve overall results
4. Adding value to supplier business by working proactively to achieve jointly defined sales goals/budgets, in order to develop and meet sales and project goals
5. Increasing sales within assigned area by calling on strategic and growth customers, by understanding their “mission critical” objectives and by removing any obstacles to sales
6. Actively guiding and supporting area sales personnel to manage their sales territories efficiently and effectively in order to ensure that the region achieves the maximum return possible on its sales investment activities to meet their goals
7. University degree in business, marketing or a related field
8. Minimum of seven years of experience in a related role (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
9. Previous experience in electronic component sales and sales management desirable
10. Business, managerial, leadership, strategic thinking and outstanding negotiation skills
11. Strong oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
12. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
13. Excellent teamwork/collaboration and people management skills
14. Sound knowledge of all relevant IT / office applications
