We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our manufacturing operations team as a Senior IT Operations Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvements, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, driving on-site IT projects, and serving as the key technical bridge between local business teams and central IT.

About Your Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on L2 support, resolving complex issues to maintain efficient operations
* Monitor help desk trends, identify recurring challenges, and drive improvements across IT services
* Facilitate onboarding and training for new IT team members
* Create and share clear training materials and documentation for the central IT L1 Support team
* Act as the primary interface between the manufacturing site and central IT, ensuring seamless on-site project execution
* Provide local insights to guide practical and effective IT solutions
About Our Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive professional experience in IT, system administration, or a similar field, with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing environment. Key qualifications include solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
You should also have basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting, as well as good knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management.
Bonus points for experience in first-line SAP support, proven project management skills, and knowledge of Operational Technology (OT).
