Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans, managing relationships with external providers and internal trainers, and monitoring training activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with strategic objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external training providers and internal trainers to ensure high-quality training experiences.
* Coordinate training activities, including planning, registrations, and logistical arrangements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in training and development.
* Excellent communication skills in written and spoken French, Luxembourgish, and English, with proficiency in German an asset.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
* Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, and organizational abilities.
