Responsibilities Contribute to a Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) platform, which supports state-of-the-art training and inference features with a focus on sustainable MLOps practices Contribute to a GenAI and AI/ML systems. Design and implement research ideas in the field of AI/ML Work on developing solutions using Deep NN, Reinforcement Learning, Speed up learning approaches, etc. Work with different platforms and Proof of Concepts to validate the contributed / proposed solutions Build a framework combining concepts in autonomous agents and decentralized systems Work on the Auction based network selection approaches Explore and get familiar with various open-source software libraries. Qualifications Must have: Student enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science/Engineering. Good knowledge of Machine Learning concepts. Hands-on experience with transformer architecture Good programming skills in Python Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating distributed systems is a big plus. Language skills: English Nice to have: Experience with Deep Neural Network (DNN) interpretability and reliability engineering. Good knowledge of Deep Reinforcement Learning. Familiarity with finetuning and alignment of open-weight models is a plus Good knowledge of distributed systems is a plus A strong publication record is a plus Location: Stuttgart (Germany)
