About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Learning and Development initiatives. This role combines ownership of onboarding sessions, training programs, and recruitment for early-career roles.
This position involves designing and organizing learning experiences that cater to the growth and development of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training logistics, budgets, and relationships with external providers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee development plans and be able to track progress. They will also support the implementation of feedback and performance cycles, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver onboarding sessions and training programs.
* Manage training logistics, budgets, and relationships with external providers.
* Track employee development plans and maintain training records.
* Support the implementation of feedback and performance cycles.
Requirements:
* University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
* Additional certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management are considered an asset.
* Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
* Proficiency in HR systems is a plus.
* Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset.
