Our Business Unit
In this position, you will belong to the Germany cluster that is part of EMEA Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries. Germany is one of the high potential markets at the EMEA level with short-term growth expected.
Job overview
This role ensures smooth back-office operations by managing documentation, vendor communications, CRM support, data entry, and process follow-up, enabling the events team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences and focus on business development. The position focuses on indirect support functions that optimize workflows, maintain compliance with company procedures, and facilitate clear information flow between internal teams and external partners
Key missions
* Provide support to B2B sales teams (manager + BDM) in producing support materials for agencies, M&E clients, highlights, and Fam trips.
* Coordinate with trade marketing teams to manage our main B2B tools (Club Med Travel Agent and Salesforce). Ensure the development of these tools and facilitate their use by teams and travel agents.
* Finance : Management of our purchasing tool COUPA and responsible for the management of commissions contracts, invoicing and payment with finance team.
* Adapt and deliver B2B marketing strategy (Indirect, Meeting & Events) : B e the primary liaison in the day-to-day support of the B2B sales Team (coordinating advertising, product and offer information assets) & Launch and support the B2B sales channel (OTA connectivity, trade partners selling tool), increase of partners selling Club Med.
* Analysis of B2B sales data and reporting to teams thanks to a good knowledge of NA and other sales and support tools
